From the supplier: The heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system of a building is vital to the smooth operation and comfort of its tenants. Using about 40% of total energy consumption of a building, HVAC systems must be maintained and properly operated to ensure long usage and exceptional performance. Retrofitting will improve a system's reliability, lessen energy consumption, and make the building more environmentally safe. HVAC retrofits also reduce operating costs while keeping tenants comfortable and satisfied. HVAC systems are so complex yet important that building management must consult experts in retrofitting systems for their maintenance and repair.
